Camping Event Liability Waiver
Liability Waiver:
I, being of legal age, hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: I am aware that participating in a camping event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, encounters with wildlife, exposure to extreme weather conditions, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily choose to participate in this event and assume all risks associated with it.
- Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Forest Raves, Inc, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, vendors and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the camping event.
- Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by medical professionals. I understand that I am responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.
- Personal Property: I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the event. Forest Raves, Inc is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal property.
- Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Forest Raves, Inc and its representatives during the event. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the event without a refund.
- Photographic Release: I grant Forest Raves, Inc permission to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation to me.
- Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forest Raves, Inc from any claims, actions, or losses, including attorney’s fees, resulting from my actions during the event.
- Governing Law: This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held.
By attending and accepting the digital ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this liability waiver. I agree to this waiver voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
